Next year won’t be completely JM-less after all! It’s just been announced he will be performing a couple of concerts as part of Forestry Commission Live Music, where artists perform in spectacular woodland locations around the country. The forest concerts are not new to James. He did a successful series in 2007, and was also scheduled to play a few shows in 2008, although those had to be cancelled due to recording commitments. For 2010, James will be performing at Delamere Forest on July 3, and at Westonbirt Arboretum on July 18. Tickets go on sale on December 18.
Update: Diane Birch will be opening for James at Delamere Forest Park, while Charlotte O’Connor will be the opening act at Westonbirt Arboretum.
