July 27 – July 30: James plays 2 shows in Norwich and Cambridge ahead of his iTunes Festival performance

June 20 – June 28: James plays a few of his new songs at exclusive showcases in European cities

December 21: a video is uploaded of James playing the yet unreleased ‘In My Dreams’

June – August: James performs at Hard Rock Calling in Hyde Park, London, as one of the opening acts for Stevie Wonder, as well as a few other festivals

January – March: James performs at the Swiss Music Awards, and did a few other promotional performances

October 15 – December 8: James plays shows in various European countries, does a UK arena tour, and performs with Nelly Furtado

July 10 – September 25: James performs at the major UK festivals, plays a few shows in Germany, and plays various festivals in Europe

May 27 – July 7: James plays headline gigs in Ireland and Luxembourg, opens for Take That’s arena concerts, and plays special open air shows and festivals

May: James appears on various tv shows and plays a few intimate shows

April 19 – May 9: James does a tour with his band in the US, and opens for Jason Mraz in Las Vegas

April 18: James performs at Coachella, and is joined by Joss Stone for ‘Wonderful World’

March 19 – April 9: James does a sold-out tour across the UK, including a date at the Royal Albert Hall

March 17: James performs on the Meteor Ireland Music Awards show and wins the award for Best International Male

February – March: James performs on tv shows and plays showcases in various European countries

January 19 – February 5: James opens for Adele during the majority of her tour in the US and plays a few headline shows

November 16 – November 25: James does a sold-out tour across the UK

November 13: James performs at the Little Noise Sessions at the Union Chapel in London

October – November: James continues promoting his album and single in Europe

September 29: ‘Songs For You, Truths For Me’ is released worldwide

August 24: James performs ‘You Make It Real’ at the Olympic Handover Party

August – September: James announces and promotes his second album, and goes busking on his birthday

November 29: James performs at the Live & Loud festival in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

September 21: James performs at the Peace One Day concert at the Royal Albert Hall in London

July 20 – August 8: James is one of the opening acts for John Mayer during his tour in the US

July 1: James plays two songs acoustically at the Concert For Diana

June 7 – July 13: James plays a sold-out forestry tour, as well as some festivals, other open air shows, and random shows

May 8 – May 23: James plays a few shows in Australia, and has to cancel a few other shows due to illness

March 16 – April 23: James tours in the US, first playing acoustic shows, then later with full band
