June 25, marks the one-year anniversary of Michael Jackson’s shocking death at age 50. CBS News‘ The Early Show will celebrate the legendary singer and performer with The King of Pop: One Year Later, an hour-long broadcast tribute from 8 AM (EDT) devoted to Jackson’s life and legacy. James will join Christina Aguilera, Marc Anthony, LL Cool J, and Smokey Robinson to pay tribute to the King of Pop, performing ‘Man In The Mirror’.
Update: James’ performance will be filmed live from London at St. Katherine’s Way Dock, between 12 and 2 PM.

UK ARENA TOUR: PHOTOS AND VIDEOS

Well, that’s it, James’ tour has come to an end! He’s been touring for a solid year and now it’s time for him to have some time off to relax, spend time with his family, and get charged to work on the third album. In the mean time, let us look back at the recent UK arena tour. The setlist below is from the gig at O2 Academy in Birmingham on November 28. There weren’t many good videos, but they’re worth watching (click on ~). ‘Broken Strings’ with the one and only Nelly Furtado, the little moonwalk intro to ‘Man In The Mirror’, the new cover snippets in ‘Nothing Ever Hurt Like You’ and ‘Precious Love’…although the video for ‘Precious Love’ is from a gig in Italy, because it’s the only one ‘out there’. JAMES TO PERFORM AT LOS PREMIOS 40 PRINCIPALES

Spain’s radio network Los 40 is holding its third Premios 40 Principales award show in Madrid’s 15.000-capacity Sports Pavilion on December 11. Over the past few months, fans in many Spanish-speaking countries have voted for their favourites in various categories. James is nominated in the category ‘Best International Song’ for his hit single ‘Broken Strings’.

The award show has an impressive line-up and both James and Nelly Furtado are included. So who knows, maybe they’ll perform ‘Broken Strings’ again! The award show will be broadcast on television by Digital+ for its HDTV 40 iPlus customers. Let’s hope James’ appearance will turn up online!

Update: The show will take place from 8 to 11 PM (ES) and you can start following the event on TV from 7.30 PM (red carpet). If you don’t have the digital channel, 40TV will broadcast the highlights of the show, including the red carpet, the award ceremony and the performances.
