This compilation comes from KBCO, a radio station in Boulder, Denver, and contains live performances of various artists. The sale of the limited-edition album benefitted the Boulder County Aids Project (BCAP). In the booklet it says: “James was born in Rugby, England and raised in his parents’ collection of Al Green, Van Morrison, Otis Redding, Leadbelly and Guthrie records. ‘Wonderful World’ is a riff on the themes from Louis Armstrong’s classic of the same name, but not quite as optimistic. James puts it this way: “It’s about being on the outside and nobody letting you in.” James recorded the song on April 18, 2007.
