‘”I Won’t Let You Go’ is about being hopeful for someone who’s going through a bad time. It was a sad time for a lot of people, loads of depressing news. I wanted to write a song to would ease some of that tention. It’s a simple song with a simple approach, but I like where it’s coming from and what the lyrics are saying.”
